The Infoblox-1050-A network services appliance is designed to serve small to medium enterprises and regional branch-office applications, and can be deployed as a standalone unit or in high-availability pairs. The Infoblox-1050-A has the capacity to support over 24,000 DNS requests per second, making it ideally suited as a stand-alone external DNS appliance in a medium enterprise or as a member of an Info lox grid in the regional office of a distributed enterprise.
The Infoblox-1050-A supports all network service modules including DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, FTP, HTTP, TFTP and the Integration for VitalQIP Software module. It also supports the grid module and deploys easily at remote branch locations.
The Infoblox-1050-A ships standard with the purpose-built, security-hardened Infoblox NIOS™ operating system software, which provides industry-standard, high-availability failover and also includes the powerful, built-in bloxSDB™ database.
