However, i'm not sure this special recognitions day would help - I mean would the Board or other depatemnt managers even know what or when it is? Surely, the only way for us to feel appriciated is for us to actually sell back what we're doing in the organisations we work for. We need to show our fellow colleagues what we're needed for! However, that aside, we should try to keep in mind all the good things they do to keep us working, remember.......the IT sysadmin is not just there when your system goes down!
